Prefilter Futura model series

Materials: Body: Grivory? (PA 66), seals: NBR, condensate container: polycarbonate
Temperature range: -10°C to max. +50°C
Input pressure: 1.5 - 16 bar (model series 0: 1.5 - 12 bar)
Condensate draining: semi-automatic**
ATEX: II 2G2D -10°C <= Ta <= 50°C (not model series 0 and 4)
Media: Compressed air, neutral gases
Advantages: ?simple assembly of single components using coupling kits within a model series.
Application: Pre-filters are used where high requirements are placed for the purity of compressed air. Fine particles (> 0.3 μm), which can pass unhindered through the sintered filters, are separated here. Pre-filters are also installed in order to increase the service life of microfilters.
Dust removal: > 0.3 μm (99.99 %)
Optional: Version with metal bowl and inspection tube -M, automatic discharge -AM, automatic discharge closed without pressure (input pressure 0 - 16 bar) -AMNC
*at 10 bar input pressure and 0,02 bar pressure loss, **As soon as the input pressure falls below the minimum. input pressure, the drain valve opens automatically. The semi-automatic drain valve can be prevented from opening by screwing the drain screw tight.
